Terms & Conditions
For every dollar spent in store you receive 1 (one) Settlers Liquor Rewards Member Point.
Your Rewards Member card MUST be presented at the point of sale to earn and/or redeem points on your purchases.
Points cannot be added to your balance at a later date.
For every 20 Points you earn, you receive $1.00 credit towards your next purchase.
Points cannot be redeemed on the following items: all advertised and in-store specials, cigarettes and items charged to account.
Points earned cannot be redeemed for cash.
Points may expire after a period of inactivity of 12 months.
Only the person registered as the Rewards Member above may obtain any benefit offered to cardholders.
If your Rewards Member card is lost, stolen or damaged, any points earned may be forfeited.
Settlers Liquor reserves the right, at any time and without notice, to decline to issue cards, withdraw or cancel cards and points, terminate a cardholder’s membership in the Rewards Member program, or terminate the Rewards Member program.
This registration form must be signed by the applicant before a Rewards Member card is issued. By using your card to earn or redeem points you will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
These terms and conditions, including the rate of points earned, may be varied, withdrawn or amended at any time at the discretion of Settlers Liquor.
