Inspired by our awesome upcoming Beer Tastings, we’ve followed the theme – and we’re very seasonal too!

Put a handful of ice into a large cocktail shaker and add the juice of two lemonsone teaspoon of ginger cordial and one tablespoon of ginger wine. Shake the cocktail shaker until the outside feels cold and looks frosted. Divide the mixture between two large martini glasses or short tumblers and top with 250ml of wheat beer. Garnish with one slice of root ginger, cut into matchsticks.
